Your first visit to Sweet Tooth Dentistry starts with the initial telephone call you make to our office. When you schedule your appointment, we will ask you a few questions to help ensure that our first session together goes smoothly, and that we will be able to appropriate customize our care to meet your particular needs.

When you come for your appointment, it is most likely the first time you have been to our office, so it is a chance to meet the staff and Dr. Margaux Grason, and equally as important, an opportunity for Dr. Grason to learn about your dental needs and goals. Dr. Grason will spend extra time with you during this first visit, to learn about your dental history as well as what you are looking to achieve. The next step is to acquire digital x-rays and high-resolution photographs of your smile. Dr. Grason will also perform extra-oral and intra-oral exams, including an oral cancer screening, a head-and-neck muscle examination, and an evaluation of your gums and all existing dental work. She will answer all questions you have at this time, as well.

Our goal at Sweet Tooth Dentistry is for you to get a sense for our personalities, our professionalism, and, we hope, come away with any anxiety being dispelled after having spent some time with our team. On the other hand, we also hope to have a solid understanding of your dental past, concerns, goals, and an initial plan for treatment going forward.
